Occasionally, Vigilant Support wil ask for 'Print Screens' to help diagnose a problem or question.
On many computers, pressing the 'Print Screen' key or holding down the'Shift' key and pressing the 'Print Screen' key will produce an image of your screen to your printer. On some Windows computers, it will not.
For these computers, users can try holding down the 'Ctrl' key and pressing the 'C' to copy the screen image. Open a Windows word processor such as Wordpad, Notepad or Microsoft Word and then hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press the 'V' key to paste the screen image. Then use the word processor's 'Print' options to print the pasted screen image to your printer.
